ALL ABOUT ALASART. ART & TIME, ASSOCIATIONS, CONTRIBUTORS.
These Terms represent an agreement between you and us and govern your access to and use of our websites and all related pages, as well as any product and service available through any of the pages. We collectively refer to the products and services for purchase under these terms as the “Services.” By using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with them. Services, Consultations, Forum, Member Area, Group Area, Videos
You agree that the Services, the content, the videos, the documents, the worksheets, the audio files, and any other material available on the website provided by us, third parties, or other subscribers to the Services, as well as the appearance and format of all of the above (collectively referred to as the “Content”), are maintained for your personal use and information only and are our exclusive property. You agree that our Content includes all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, graphics, voice and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, text, and other materials on the website. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, and use the Services, subject to payment, for your personal use only. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for public or commercial purposes unless we expressly grant permission in writing. We may revoke (terminate) your license to use the Services, in whole or in part, without providing any refund or canceling your payment obligations if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached or violated any of the provisions of these Terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of promotions, features, or content.
Payments, Fees, Store, and More
You may purchase licenses for certain consultations, digital items, and services through a one-time payment, predefined installments, or subscription. When making a purchase, you authorize the charge to the credit card provided or a one-time bank transfer to the bank indicated. Following your chosen payment plan or subscription renewal schedule, when you acquire a subscription, you authorize the charge to the credit card you provide on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on your selected payment plan. We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary due to reasons such as fraudulent orders or non-payment. VIP members must make annual payments. Student members may make quarterly payments with an annual commitment.
Refunds and Cancellations
Some of our services may be canceled, but no course or workshop will provide a refund. Clients hiring a consultant must pay in full for the services and sign the agreement and payment commitment. No membership can be canceled. VIP members assume responsibility from the beginning to be priority members and to consistently pay the minimum membership fee. They may always donate more, but that is the donor’s responsibility. Scholarships and other benefits granted by a donor will be provided to individuals who show significant interest in the work and genuinely want to commit to advancing a spiritual life.
Non-Transferability
All our Services are non-transferable and non-exchangeable between third parties and Services on the website. If you wish to discontinue any Service, you may transfer the remaining time (subscription) or remaining Service (sessions or mentoring, except for training programs) to another person, arranged by you at your discretion.
