1. Educational and Medical Disclaimer

   This website is for educational purposes only and does not in any way substitute for qualified medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Alasart serves merely as a bridge between society and consultants.

2. User Responsibility and Spiritual Traditions

   The user is solely responsible for undergoing any holistic treatments. We are open to various traditions (yoga, Buddhism, Sufism, etc.), but we disclaim all responsibility for user actions or the content of external websites.

3. Health and Safety

   The withdrawal from certain substances can cause severe health conditions, including seizures. Participants are strongly encouraged to remain under the care of a qualified healthcare provider before, during, and after the process.

4. Inclusion and Non-Discrimination Policy

   We promote an inclusive environment and prohibit any form of discrimination (based on race, gender, religion, disability, etc.), while ensuring universal accessibility and mutual respect.

5. Refund Policy

   We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, whether for courses, workshops, consultancies, or any other service provided.

6. Service Selection and Code of Conduct

   We reserve the right to offer our services solely to individuals we select. No vulgar or offensive language is tolerated within our community.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

   All platform content is copyrighted. Selling any Alasart material without prior permission is prohibited, though free use for educational purposes is authorized.

8. Certificates and Credentials (CICI)

   Programs from the Comprehensive Cultural Research Center (CICI) issue certificates and internal credentials that lack official validity. Alasart is not responsible for any misuse of them.

9. Travel Expenses (Viáticos) and Invoicing

   Services provided off-site or in person incur mandatory extra costs for travel expenses (minimum 4-star lodging, transportation, and meals of a renowned brand). Invoices include a 15% to 18% VAT increase and must be requested between 2 and 30 days after paying for the full service.

10. Publications with Alasart Editions

    For books sold via the KDP platform, administrative service fees and Amazon tax deductions will be deducted from the total payment, in accordance with the specific Alasart Editions regulations.
